Meet the Director

Ricki London, L.C.S.W. is the owner and director of London Achievement Processes. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Special Education from the University of Miami . She went on to get her Master's Degree in Social Work/Social Psychology from Barry University . Ricki completed her professional internships at Jackson Memorial Hospital , Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit, as well as the Family Services Division of the Dade County Courts. Since 1993, Ricki has worked with children and families, with a focus on behavioral program implementation and effective learning strategies. Having been the director of the Coral Gables Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes®* center for six years, Ricki was immersed in the clinical programs and consequently has a keen knowledge of the underlying tenets used to treat individuals with process-oriented weaknesses. Ricki also spent time training staff for Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes®* and, as a Regional Manager of the South East Region, focused on the process of education implemented through the Lindamood-Bell® programs. In addition, Ricki continues to provide teacher training and classroom consultation for teachers and school directors. Ricki also presents on learning differences and behavioral strategies to other professionals, such as psychologists, physicians, and educators.

Ricki has a passion for helping others reach their individual level of self actualization, and realizes a great deal of this process lies in educational success for children and adults. Her goal is to provide a supportive environment where all individuals may work towards meeting their own potential and begin feeling success in their daily lives. To this end, Ricki believes in an interdisciplinary approach to learning, and favors working with other professionals involved with the student, including teachers, psychologists, physicians, as well as parents or other primary care takers. With an on-going focus on individualized instruction and collaborative efforts to assist each client, Ricki believes every student will begin to feel success and achieve his/her learning goals.
