London Achievement Processes was established in 2007, with the goal of helping all individuals reach a level of personal comfort through diagnostic, individualized, structured and supportive instruction. Our mission is to provide a positive learning experience where all individuals receive supportive cognitive as well as behavioral interventions allowing them to feel achievement and success, while reaching their full potential. London Achievement Processes is owned and directed by Ricki London, L.C.S.W. For the past fifteen years, Ricki has dedicated her professional life to assisting others in reaching their own level of self actualization and feeling success through varying psychosocial therapies, as well as behavioral, cognitive and educational interventions. From 2002-2007, Ricki was the Director of the Lindamood-Bell® * Learning Center in Coral Gables , Florida and brought that center to the number one position in the company. Once reaching her goals with Lindamood-Bell®, Ricki decided to venture out and offer these programs to students in varying settings, including schools, medical offices, as well as the London Achievement Processes office. London Achievement Processes uses specific sensory-cognitive techniques, modeled after the Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes®* programs, which are research-based, intensive, individualized and structured to meet the needs of each student. We begin with a diagnostic evaluation to ensure we are providing the most effective program for each student. We then develop a specific learning profile which is consistently reviewed and updated, ensuring each student is on his/her way to becoming more independent and confident. Because we offer one-on-one instruction, we are able to modify our programs to meet the varying needs of our clients and pace each one according to his/her abilities and frustration level. We take an interactive approach to instruction and use Socratic questioning to assist each student in processing information more effectively and efficiently. In addition to paying a high level of attention to the clinical programs, Ricki takes great pride in the fact that the hiring process at London Achievement Processes is one which undergoes a great deal of time and effort. Each person who is employed by London Achievement Processes is screened in areas related to criminal background, academic and cognitive processing, as well as ensuring they have a positive demeanor and desire to help others reach their potential. The training process is thorough and conducted by Ricki to ensure clinical acuity and skill acquisition.
